Starting with BORNGA, a premium Korean restaurant by “Baek Jong Won,” famous chef who is committed to spreading and make known Korean food to the world. After years of researching and developing myriads of Korean dishes, BORNGA was launched for everyone can experience the authentic tastes of Korean food. The restaurant highlights Beef Loin aka Woo Samgyeop, the premium tenderest part of beef, which was thinly sliced, then topped with BORNGA’s special sauce. BORNGA’s Woo Samgyeop is the all-time-favorite menu for all customers. Along with Woo Samgyeop, you can enjoy other high-quality Korean dishes in traditional Hanok-style house, as if you are dining in Korea.
KAGONOYA, No. 1 Japanese premium shabu restaurant from Osaka, Japan, offering assortments of menus. Many parts of premium beef are imported from abroad. The restaurant has selected the best meat that fits for shabu dining, and authentic sukiyaki soup.
