  1. Spend 3,000 THB on merchandise, food & beverage at BUTTERY WORLD on 5th floor, Siam Paragon, get free SIAM GIFT CARD valued 150 THB during 24 January 2025 – 16 February 2025.
  2. Receipts of merchandise, food & beverages at BUTTERY WORLD can be combined. Maximum 3 receipts/redemption. Except receipt of BUTTERY WORLD admission. 
  3. Receipts must be issued on the same date as redemption date. 
  4. Receipts must be redeemed at Information Counter, G Floor, North Lobby and Information Counter, 1st Floor, Star Dome zone, Siam Paragon.
  5. The right is reserved for individuals who have the same names as customer names which are mentioned on the receipts only.
  6. In the case where the receipt holder (as indicated on the receipt) wishes to authorize someone else to act on their behalf, or in the case where the holder intends to transfer their rights to another person, the authorized person or recipient of the rights must present a copy of the receipt holder’s ID card, signed by the receipt holder, along with a clear statement granting the authorized person or recipient the right to carry out the actions on their behalf. This must be submitted to the staff at the redemption point.
  7. The redemption of the prizes is limited to 1 privilege/ person/ day, 2 privileges/ person for the entire campaign, and a total of 500 privileges for the entire campaign.
  8. Each person is allowed to queue for redemption of rights only once per time, with a limit of 1 right per transaction. We reserve the right to grant the redemption only to those who have a receipt that meets the specified conditions, until the available rights are fully redeemed.
  9. The SIAM GIFT CARD valued at 150 Baht, can be used at participating stores that accept the SIAM GIFT CARD, excluding restaurants, within Siam Paragon, with a minimum purchase of 300 Baht/receipt/SIAM GIFT CARD. Please refer to the conditions on the card. For more details on participating stores, please check at the Information Counter within the shopping center.
  10. Siam Gift Card can be used until 28 February 2025 only.
  11. The receipt used to redeem this promotion cannot be used to redeem other promotions within the shopping center.
  12. The following receipts are excluded from participating in this promotion: tax invoices/receipts issued in the company’s name, receipts without a receipt number, electronic tax invoices/receipts, photocopies of receipts, receipts issued for the purchase of a single item split into multiple receipts, receipts with a timestamp before the shopping center opens, receipts from online purchases, receipts with partial or full payments made through Credit Note / Account Credit / Payment on Credit / Store Credit, prepaid purchases, payments made for part or all of the goods from exchanges or returns, receipts for product reservations, receipts for incomplete payments, and any type of deposit payment (DEPOSIT PAYMENT), as well as purchases made for commercial purposes, wholesale purchases, or purchases intended for resale.
  13. We reserve the right to allow participation in this promotion only for individuals who present complete documentation, including the receipt that meets the conditions from participating stores, the ID card of the person redeeming the rights, the credit card, and the credit card sales slip (in case of payment by credit card), or proof of payment (in case of payment through other methods).
  14. Electronic tax invoices/receipts can only be used for redemption if they are from stores that no longer issue paper tax invoices/receipts. In cases where the tax invoice/receipt is either electronic or paper and handwritten, the customer’s name must be clearly indicated on the document to be used for redemption. The company reserves the right to take photos or make copies of both electronic and paper tax invoices/receipts for record-keeping purposes related to the redemption process.
  15. The shopping center is not responsible for any errors arising from communication by the sales staff of tenant stores.
  16. The business owners, store employees within the shopping center, and employees of the affiliated company of the store are not eligible to participate in any promotional campaigns if they purchase goods from the affiliated company’s store. The company reserves the right to cancel the redemption or to reclaim and suspend any prizes in all cases if it is found during verification that the conditions have been violated.
  17. In the event that a customer returns a product after redeeming a promotional offer, the shopping center reserves the right to cancel the redemption or reclaim or suspend the prize awarded, without prior notice.
  18. If it is found that the person redeeming the rights is not the owner of the receipt used for redemption or the actual purchaser of the goods, the shopping center reserves the right to cancel participation in the promotional campaign or revoke the prize redemption in all cases.
  19. Prizes cannot be transferred to others, exchanged, or redeemed for cash and/or other prizes.
  20. The company reserves the right to change the gifts/benefits and terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the company’s decision shall be final and binding.
