- The ONESIAM Pass will expire after 24 hours (1-day pass), 48 hours (2-day pass), and 72 hours (3-day pass) from the activation time. For passes exceeding 3 days, the expiration time will increase in 24-hour increments accordingly. (Example: A 1-day pass activated at 8:00 AM will expire at 7:59 AM the next day).
- The pass must be activated before use.
- Pass holders can redeem one benefit per listed shop, restaurant, or attraction during the pass validity period.
- The Tuk Tuk model giveaway is limited to 50 privileges per campaign and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- To redeem the Tuk Tuk model, customers must present the QR code of their ONESIAM Pass and ONESIAM Global Visitor Card at the redemption point.
