Terms and Conditions for reward redemption based on spending

1. Customers can combine receipts from participating stores and service providers at Siam Paragon, Siam Center, or Siam Discovery according to the specified spending requirements and conditions.
   • A maximum of 3 receipts from the same shopping center can be combined per redemption.
   • Receipts from different shopping centers cannot be combined.
     Customers must register and redeem rewards on the same day of purchase between 29 May 2026 – 26 July 2026 at the redemption counters in the shopping center where the purchases were made, including:
     • Siam Paragon:
       – Information Counter, GF, near North Lift Lobby
       – Information Counter, 1F, (Star Dome)
       – Information Counter, 5F, NEXTOPIA
     • Siam Center: Information Counter, GF, MF or 2F
     • Siam Discovery: Information Counter, GF
2. Siam Paragon limits reward redemption to:
   • 1 Privilege/person/spending tier/day
   • 2 Privileges/person/spending tier throughout the campaign period
     Rewards are available in limited quantities.
3. Siam Center and Siam Discovery limit reward redemption to:
   • 1 Privilege/person/day
   • 2 Privileges/person throughout the campaign period across both shopping centers.
     Rewards are available in limited quantities.
4. The following brands are excluded from camapign:

The 100 THB Siam Gift Card is subjected to terms and conditions stated on the card. Valid until 31 August 2026.
6. 100 THB Siam Gift Card redeemed at Siam Paragon can be used for next purchase with minimum spending of 200 THB per receipt per SIAM GIFT CARD at participating stores at Siam Paragon. The 100 THB Siam Gift Card is subjected to terms and conditions stated on the card. Valid until 31 August 2026.
7. 400 THB Siam Gift Card redeemed at Siam Paragon can be used for next purchase with minimum spending of 800 THB per receipt per Siam Gift Card at participating stores at Siam Paragon.  The 400 THB Siam Gift Card subject to terms and conditions stated on the card. Valid until 31 August 2026.
8. 300 THB Paragon Department Store Cash Coupon can be used for next purchase with minimum spending of 3,000 of THB per receipt at Paragon Department Store, excluding Power Mall and Gourmet Market. Valid until 15 August 2026.
9. 500 THB Power Mall Cash Coupon can be used for next purchase with minimum spending of 5,000 THB per receipt at the Power Mall, Paragon Department Store only. Valid until 15 August 2026.
10. Cash Coupons are limited to 1 coupon per receipt. Other conditions are as specified on the coupon.
11. Redeemed receipts for this promotion cannot be used for any other promotions at the shopping centers.  
12. Lists of participating stores are available at the Information Counters at the shopping centers.
13. Name of the purchaser stated on the receipt must match the person redeeming the privilege.
14. If the receipt owner wishes to authorize another person to redeem on their behalf, the authorized representative must present the following documents to the staff at the designated redemption counter in the shopping center where the purchase was made.
    • A signed copy of the receipt owner’s ID card.
    • A clearly stated authorization letter permitting the redemption.
15. Each person may queue for only 1 redemption at a time. Redemption is reserved only for customers whose receipts fully meet the specified conditions, while privileges last.
16. The following are excluded from the promotion:
    • Company-issued tax invoices/receipts
    • Receipts without receipt numbers
    • Electronic tax invoices/receipts
    • Copied receipts
    • Splitting one purchase into multiple receipts
    • Receipts issued before 10:00 AM
    • Gold shop receipts
    • Combining receipts between shopping centers
    • Combining receipts between shopping centers and department stores
    • Receipts from Paragon Department Store, Paragon Department Store’s tenants, Gourmet Market, and Gourmet Eats.
    • Purchase of gift vouchers or prepaid/store-value cards
    • Online purchase receipts
    • ONESIAM SUPERAPP purchase receipts
    • Receipts paid through food delivery platforms
    • Receipts partially or fully paid using credit notes, account credits, payment on credit, or store credits
    • Advance payments
    • Product exchanges or refunds
    • Reservation receipts
    • Partial payments or deposits
    • Wholesale/commercial resale purchases
    • Utility payments or investment-related purchases, such as water bills, electricity bills, mobile phone bills, investment units, and life insurance
    • Mobile prepaid top-ups
    • Currency exchange transactions
17. Redemption is reserved only for customers who present complete documentation, including:
    • Original receipt from participating stores (purchase time between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
    • National ID card/passport
    • Proof of payment
      For credit card payments, customers must present the credit card and sales slip.
      For bank transfers, customers must present the transfer slip.
18. Electronic tax invoices/receipts are accepted only for stores that no longer issue paper receipts. Handwritten, electronic, or paper receipts must clearly specify the customer’s name. The company reserves the right to photograph or photocopy all receipts as proof of redemption.
19. The shopping centers are not responsible for any misinformation communicated by store staff.
20. Store owners, employees of stores within the shopping centers, and employees of affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in this promotional campaign when purchasing from affiliated stores. The company reserves the right to cancel redemption privileges or reclaim/revoke rewards for any violation of Terms & Conditions.
21. If customers return products after redeeming promotional privileges, the shopping centers reserve the right to cancel the redemption privilege and reclaim or revoke rewards without prior notice.
22. If the redeemer is not the actual owner of the receipt or purchaser of the products/services, the shopping centers reserve the right to cancel participation and reward redemption in all cases.
23. Rewards redeemed through this promotion cannot be changed under any circumstances.
24. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other rewards.
25. The company reserves the right to change rewards, privileges, and terms & conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the company’s decision shall be final.
